1. WHAT WE WANT We want absolute power to determine the destiny of our indigenous land and people. We want to be integrated with the land so that we can move freely, exactly as we intended from the start. We state clearly: we never wanted to be integrated with white people. That was never what we want. We never wanted to go to school with you, we never wanted to use your healthcare facilities, we never wanted to patronize your businesses, and we never wanted to date or intermarry with you—none of that. Our biggest mistake was not articulating this boundary properly from the beginning.

We are not asking for acceptance, approval, or permission. We are telling you that you are no longer in control of who we are, what we are, and where we are going. You have only been the custodian, and you are now fired. We are going to do our own thing: our own healthcare, our own sports, our own music, movies, streaming, and social media through one source. There will be no employees; everyone is a business and an LLC, and every LLC is tied to one central hub of sovereignty. This is why I created the ESAA—the EyeHeru Sovereign Alliance of Amuruka. For we are the original, the indigenous Americans, and until you are gone, we have to make sure that when we say who we are, they know we are someone different.

2. WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe that if we had established this boundary from the very beginning, white America would not even be here; they would have returned home because they would lack any resources, power, or jurisdiction.

We believe the destruction began when we asked for integration and allowed them to dictate its terms—begging to gain entry into their schools instead of building our own schools next to theirs, our gas stations next to theirs, and our houses anywhere we choose and please without fear of their jealousy or intimidation.

We believe that white America has always functioned as the true indentured servants, and still do to this day. Look at who builds everything—the roads, the buildings, the houses, and the infrastructure. They hold the operational positions while manipulating us into believing we are in bondage. We tricked you into believing you were the slave masters while we were in a state of confusion and corruption, creating a state of mind to put us in a state of bondage voluntarily until we woke up. Once awakened, we saw that we are the gatekeepers, the true keepers and builders of the land, and we hold all the master keys. You are just a janitor, a custodian, a bookkeeper, a librarian holding all the knowledge because we allowed you to. We tricked you into thinking you were in charge so that you would voluntarily create a union, a system, a society where you put yourself on top and build everything for us. We thank you for building up America after we were forced to do this labor.

We believe that without us, you have nothing: no NBA, no NFL, no sports, no music, no entertainment, and no ability to profit off our spending power, likeness, and image. Without us, the dollar is backed by nothing. We are the gold standard. We are the indigenous; together, all tribes are one.

3. WHAT WE DEMAND

We demand complete autonomy and physical independence. We demand that we separate while remaining integrated on the grid, on the land, and in society physically—separation from anything the colonial white American infrastructure or power has ever done or imposed upon our people.

We demand absolute independence in our finances, education, politics, and healthcare. We are no longer begging for a seat at the table; we are the table that you have been setting everything on as your foundation. We are no longer your footstool, we are no longer your table, we are no longer looking for your approval or your acceptance, and we are no longer demanding in the form of begging—we are taking back what is ours.

We demand that once we take control over everything there is to profit and prosper off of—from sports, entertainment, products, goods, services, healthcare, education, and political affairs—we will make you the consumers. With no employees, there will be no jobs for you, because we are all business partners collectively connected through a governing body: the EyeHeru Sovereign Alliance, as we pledge allegiance to sovereignty and separation.

We demand that our people wake up immediately and realize our place in history. There are over 50 million Black Americans, but all white Americans are not racist, all foreigners are not racist, and we have intermarried and created a race of mixed babies amongst every race of people in the United States. Therefore, those people will be a part of our society.

We understand this is not going to be a physical war; it is going to be political and economical warfare. Politically, you have no power if we do not listen. There are only 1.3 million active-duty military and 700,000 active-duty law enforcement officers. If you remove the Black people, the non-racist people, and all the people who want to stand for something and join the Black American movement—recognizing that we are not "black," we are indigenous copper niji (though I use that term for this moment because "black" pertains to the so-called African-American, the negro, the so-called slave of America, which we are not, having never been slaves, while you were the indentured servants)—you have no power. Even if your 2 million combined military and law enforcement personnel were all loyal, you cannot disperse them throughout the land, defend borders, and govern at the same time while remaining in power. We outnumber you over 20 to one.

We demand that white America go back into a state of Great Depression. Once we have gained control and power, we won't even need you as laborers; you will be living in poverty, eating out of the trash can, with no jobs, no resources, and no help for you. You will be on your own, having returned to a state greater than the greatest depression on Earth, greater than the Dark Ages where we found you wallowing around when the Moors ruled over Europe and the whole area.

4. WHAT WE KNOW

 * We know that every attempt to restrict, control, or lock us down does not stop our progress—it only opens another layer of Pandora's box, unleashing deeper ancestral alignment, higher strategy, and a stronger wave of self-contained infrastructure that cannot be stopped or dismantled.

 * We know that after the smoke clears and the frustration settles, we do not need to lay a finger on them. We only need to be fully prepared to defend ourselves when they attempt to lay a finger on us.

 * We know that their attempts to find new ways to control us only backfire, opening doors they cannot close and accelerating a reality where they realize their entire system rests entirely on our foundation. We hold the master keys, and when we stand in absolute sovereignty, time and structure do the work for us.

Imagine if you could see and manipulate the future, changing the past and controlling the present to dictate the ultimate outcome. No matter what is done, no matter how many times the future or the outcome is tampered with, the end result remains entirely unchangeable: the indigenous people shed the titles of "black," servant, employee, slave, and citizen, taking back what is rightfully theirs and collectively claiming absolute sovereignty. No one rules over another, for we are all kings and queens equally dominating and ruling under a new system where we all agree, move, and operate under one unified law. No matter who tries to exert control, they possess no power because collectively, we are one.

The 42 Laws of Ma'at and Historical Transgressions

 * Law: "I have not committed sin." — The Reality: The white race has committed sin through systemic state-sanctioned oppression and mass exploitation.

 * Law: "I have not committed robbery with violence." — The Reality: The white race has committed robbery with violence through imperial conquest, forced displacement, and colonial land theft.

 * Law: "I have not stolen." — The Reality: The white race has stolen through the Trans-Atlantic slave trade, which took human lives, labor, and heritage.

 * Law: "I have not slain men and women." — The Reality: The white race has slain men and women through mass atrocities, wars of aggression, lynchings, and civilian slaughters throughout colonial history.

 * Law: "I have not stolen food." — The Reality: The white race has stolen food through engineered famines, crop destruction, and withholding resources from colonized populations.

 * Law: "I have not swindled offerings." — The Reality: The white race has swindled offerings by breaking treaties and desecrating sacred indigenous lands and spiritual sites.

 * Law: "I have not stolen from God." — The Reality: The white race has stolen from God by destroying sacred temples, artifacts, and indigenous cosmologies worldwide.

 * Law: "I have not told lies." — The Reality: The white race has told lies through false historical narratives, legal rationalizations of supremacy, and deceptive state propaganda.

 * Law: "I have not carried away food." — The Reality: The white race has carried away food through economic blockades and forced resource extraction that starved local populations.

 * Law: "I have not cursed." — The Reality: The white race has cursed through systemic dehumanization, racial slurs, and malicious legal/social labeling of entire groups.

 * Law: "I have not closed my ears to truth." — The Reality: The white race has closed their ears to truth through the willful suppression of historical atrocities and denial of systemic injustices.

 * Law: "I have not committed adultery." — The Reality: The white race has committed adultery through forced breeding practices, family separation, and sexual violence inherent to chattel slavery.

 * Law: "I have not made anyone cry." — The Reality: The white race has made people cry through policies of forced removal, family separation, and generational trauma.

 * Law: "I have not felt sorrow without reason." — The Reality: The white race has felt sorrow without reason by inflicting intentional, calculated psychological terror on populations for control.

 * Law: "I have not assaulted anyone." — The Reality: The white race has assaulted people through institutionalized police brutality, corporal punishment, and physical subjugation.

 * Law: "I am not deceitful." — The Reality: The white race has been deceitful through broken treaties, fraudulent legal documents, and hidden political agendas.

 * Law: "I have not stolen anyone's land." — The Reality: The white race has stolen land through manifest destiny, colonial expansion, and global land expropriation (e.g., taking indigenous territories).

 * Law: "I have not been an eavesdropper." — The Reality: The white race has been an eavesdropper through state surveillance, spy networks, and the monitoring of liberation movements.

 * Law: "I have not falsely accused anyone." — The Reality: The white race has falsely accused people through unjust legal systems, false imprisonment, and scapegoating minorities for societal ills.

 * Law: "I have not been angry without reason." — The Reality: The white race has been angry without reason through rage-fueled racial terror, riots, and violent crackdowns on peaceful movements.

 * Law: "I have not seduced anyone's wife." — The Reality: The white race has seduced others' spouses through the systematic exploitation of vulnerable women under unequal power dynamics.

 * Law: "I have not polluted myself." — The Reality: The white race has polluted themselves through corporate corruption, greed, and moral decay within ruling infrastructure.

 * Law: "I have not terrorized anyone." — The Reality: The white race has terrorized people through state-sponsored terrorism, cross burnings, KKK campaigns, and colonial shock tactics.

 * Law: "I have not disobeyed the Law." — The Reality: The white race has disobeyed the Law by establishing governments that write unjust, oppressive laws to bypass universal human rights.

 * Law: "I have not been exclusively angry." — The Reality: The white race has been exclusively angry by maintaining a prolonged, cold, calculated state of hostility toward non-dominant groups.

 * Law: "I have not cursed God." — The Reality: The white race has cursed God by using twisted religious justifications to excuse mass murder, slavery, and greed.

 * Law: "I have not behaved with violence." — The Reality: The white race has behaved with violence through militarism, imperial domination, and police states.

 * Law: "I have not caused disruption of peace." — The Reality: The white race has caused disruption of peace by destabilizing foreign governments, staging coups, and fueling domestic civil unrest.

 * Law: "I have not acted hastily or without thought." — The Reality: The white race has acted hastily or without thought through reckless, long-term environmental destruction and short-sighted policies driven by profit.

 * Law: "I have not overstepped my boundaries of concern." — The Reality: The white race has overstepped boundaries of concern through global overreach, imperialism, and interfering in the sovereignty of other nations.

 * Law: "I have not exaggerated my words when speaking." — The Reality: The white race has exaggerated words when speaking through grandiose, false claims of civilizational superiority ("civilizing missions").

 * Law: "I have not worked evil." — The Reality: The white race has worked evil through the creation of cruel penal codes, forced labor camps, and discriminatory segregation laws (e.g., Jim Crow, apartheid).

 * Law: "I have not used evil thoughts, words, or deeds." — The Reality: The white race has used evil thoughts, words, and deeds through institutionalized white supremacist ideology that devalues human life.

 * Law: "I have not polluted the water." — The Reality: The white race has polluted the water through industrial dumping, oil spills, toxic waste targeting marginalized communities (environmental racism), and poisoning natural reserves.

 * Law: "I have not spoken angrily or arrogantly." — The Reality: The white race has spoken angrily and arrogantly through paternalistic, supremacist rhetoric used by ruling classes historically and today.

 * Law: "I have not cursed anyone in thought, word, or deed." — The Reality: The white race has cursed others in thought, word, or deed through generational prejudice and systemic biases embedded in institutional structures.

 * Law: "I have not placed myself on a pedestal." — The Reality: The white race has placed themselves on a pedestal through doctrines of racial and cultural supremacy, manifest destiny, and unearned privilege.

 * Law: "I have not stolen what belongs to God." — The Reality: The white race has stolen what belongs to God by commodifying nature, human beings, and life itself for capital gain.

 * Law: "I have not stolen from or disrespected the deceased." — The Reality: The white race has stolen from and disrespected the deceased through grave robbing, looting indigenous burial grounds, and placing sacred ancestral remains in museums.

 * Law: "I have not taken food from a child." — The Reality: The white race has taken food from children through economic policies, poverty traps, and welfare cuts that cause child malnutrition and food insecurity.

 * Law: "I have not acted with insolence." — The Reality: The white race has acted with insolence through institutional arrogance, police impunity, and the refusal of governments to acknowledge or redress past wrongs.

 * Law: "I have not destroyed property belonging to God." — The Reality: The white race has destroyed property belonging to God through widespread ecological destruction, deforestation, and industrial harm inflicted upon the Earth.

The Judgment and The Reality of Hue

That judgment is final. Those who violate the 42 Laws of Ma'at face the metaphysical reality that their judgment is to cease to exist once they leave this Earth. It explains why so much time is spent trying to live without restraint in the present—because once gone, there is nothing left, having defied the creators of the heavens and the earth by breaking every law of Ma'at.

Therefore, you are not white; you are beige, peach, and tan, and you do not have to attach yourself to the history of white supremacy or anything colonial. We ask you not to identify as white so that in the end, you do not get associated with what they have done—breaking every law and commandment that has ever been put forth.

Consider the linguistic and physical reality of what white actually is. If you take the word humane and remove the e, placing it between the u and the m and spacing it out, you get the word hue and the word man. When you silence the e, you get human. Hue represents color or shade. White is achromatic—a color without hue. Therefore, if the word hue is color or shade, and white is technically without hue, it is not a color. If it is not a color and not a hue, you cannot be considered human while identifying with something that lacks hue. The opposite of something that is not human is inhuman.

By calling yourself white, you are latching onto the history of white supremacy, colonization, and every evil deed of the white race when you are not white at all.

In the physical realm—because we are dealing with physical touch, sight, and feeling, not light—you cannot take colors and mix them together to make white. White has no shade, no color, and is not a hue and never could be. But you can mix colors together to make black. Black is derived from mixing together hues, making it a true color because it is a combination of multiple different colors. It is the mother and father of all colors. The power of carbon produces brown, gold, black, teal, and even translucent tones like diamond. There is nothing on Earth that does not have carbon; without carbon, everything you see would have no color.
